When the winds are strong and the clouds are building, the Perch Double Portaledge from Black Diamond offers you the safety you need. Similar to a tent, the easy-to-assemble frame consists of six poles connected by integrated tensioning straps. It’s made of a durable fabric and creates a large floor plan. The spreader bar is optional and can be left at home to cut weight. In addition, its geometry has be optimised to ensure a small pack size. It also comes with a stuff sack made of a strong, very durable material.When it’s raining, you can use the Perch Double Expedition Fly (not included, to be purchased separately), which is compatible with the Perch Double Portaledge.
