The Force from Scarpa are climbing shoes designed for multi-pitch and all-day climbing in less demanding terrain. They are ideal for beginners or more advanced climbers who want to feel comfortable, even on long climbs.

Construction

The shoes have a neutral last with no downturn and minimal pre-tensioning. Plus, they have a medium/high toe profile. Thanks to their design with the padded heel and a padded tongue, they will feel comfortable even after hours of wear. Another great feature includes the tensioned rubber in the arch and forefoot, called the V-Tension System, which transfers the force to the toe area to ensure a good foot positioning on small footholds. This, along with the relatively hard Vibram XS Edge 3.5mm sole rubber relieves pressure on the foot and ensures precision.

Fit

The fit of these shoes is best for medium feet. However, you can easily adjust the width or tightness of the shoe using the two hook-and-loop fasteners. Scarpa recommends these shoes for people with Greek-shape feet. This means that the second toe is larger than the big toe.
